Our exciting new journey starts today, embracing a practice that deeply nourishes the body, mind, and spirit – Mindfulness.

Tracing its roots back to Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness is the art of being fully present in each moment. It involves observing our thoughts, feelings, and emotions without judgment, and instead focusing wholly on the ‘here and now’.
Here's a small exercise for Day 1: Dedicate just five minutes of your day to be quiet and still. Focus on your breath as it goes in and out - if your mind drifts, gently bring your attention back to your breath.
